A luxury hotel in Manhattan has signed a contract with Emacx to install our iPLC System.
The demand reduction to this 239 room, 270,000 sq. ft. hotel is 80 kW. The associated kWh savings are over 37,000 kWh resulting in more than 36,000 lbs. of carbon footprint reduction per year.

Completion of the Extensive Energy Reduction Program at Saint Peter’s University
After a year of construction, the cogeneration plant, the solar panels and other energy conservation measures were brought online along with the Emacx intelligent Peak Load Control System (iPLC).

Prominent New Jersey College signs a contract with Emacx as part of its Energy Conservation Project
We are pleased to announce that Emacx Systems has been awarded a contract with St. Peter’s College in Jersey City to install an automated Demand Control System in seven buildings on their West Campus. The Demand Control System is part of a much larger Energy Conservation Project which the school is undertaking and also includes Solar Panels, Lighting upgrades and a Co-Generation Plant.
