Theo Breitenstein MBA, CEM, CDSM, CSDP, Founder & President
Theo Breitenstein holds a BSEE from the University of Lucerne, as well as an MBA from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Theo has held numerous senior management positions with Swiss, German and American engineering and high-tech firms and has over 25 years of experience in the power and energy industry.
Ralph J. Altreche EE, CEM, CEA, Senior Project Manager – EMS & Controls
Ralph Altreche has over 25 years experience in machine/process control automation for chemical, pharmaceutical and food manufacturing facilities. He holds an AAS in Electronics Technology from New York City Technical College in Brooklyn, NY. One of his crowning achievements is the development of a patented control system for a cryogenic pulverizing system used in the production of organic ingredients for the health food industry.
Bruno Decaudin MBA, Director Software Development
Bruno holds an MBA from the EDHEC Graduate Business School in Lille, France. Bruno has over 35 years of experience in Software Development and IT. He has worked for fortune 500 corporations in France, Germany and the United States. In his previous position he worked for a major publishing company in New York City as their CTO. Bruno also has over 25 years experience as a software developer working for utility and financial companies. He will assist Emacx in the further development of its Demand Side Management and Microgrid software platform, Aciex.
Pierre Laborde, EMS Controls Engineer
Pierre began his career in the US Navy as an Electronics Technician. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Pierre has over 8 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) programming. His qualifications are very valuable in the continuous development and integration of the Aciex Real-Time Energy Management Software.
Len Pisano, Partner and Board Member of Aciex, LLC
Len holds a BE in Marine/Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Maritime College and a Masters in Business Administration at Leonard Stern School of Business, New York University. He worked with the ELC’s board on restructuring the company, developing the strategic vision, and identifying key acquisitions. This restructuring and $20 Million of investment capital resulted in the formation of Lime Energy, now a Willdan Company. Over the last several years Len has been providing consulting services in Energy Tech, Smart Facilities and Smart Energy Management for various end-users in the Commercial, Industrial, and Higher Education markets, as well as, supporting various companies that are integrating smart building technologies into their delivery model.
