We have been awarded a contract for a turnkey installation of an Aciex Real-Time Energy Management System in a NYC University providing a viable demand reduction strategy to maximize energy efficiency while minimizing expensive demand charges, energy consumption costs, as well as carbon footprint reduction. It also serves as an important tool to achieve LEED designation. Additionally, the platform will be instrumental in maximizing revenues associated with existing demand response programs. The main effort to reduce the demand will be the integration of the main loads of the HVAC system and its associated equipment into the Aciex system without compromising operations. Additionally, the project includes the installation of 18 new VFDs.
